Norm of Business
Normative Ethics becomes the main part on Ethics. The human beings are not to be the outsider or being the audients (turn of descriptive one). The human beings come to participate directly in order to give the assessment of human behavior and human act. He comes not only to describe the cannibalism in the past, either to refuse it as in contradiction on human nature.
In short, normative ethics aim both to define the reasoning responsible ethics principles and practicable useful. Normative Ethics further more should be classified into two parts as General Ethics and Ethics for the Certain Purpose.
Ethics for the Certain Purpose will apply the general ethics principles in the certain human act –. An Example: it is forbidden to kill the unmistaken human being (normative premise à General Ethics). Abortus provocatus is to kill the unmistaken human being (factual premise). So, Abortus provocatus is forbidden (conclusion medical ethics). Actually, there are also many kinds of discussion and debates about the factual premise in Ethics for the Certain Purpose. Ethics for the Certain Purpose nowadays is known as “Applied Ethics”. People come to speak about the contributions of Ethics on the certain purpose such as management (management ethics), business (business ethics) and law (law ethics).
